JUMTA Export is a Nigerian export trade and agricultural sourcing brand operated by JUMTA Xpress Cargo Ltd. (RC 7005299), based in Kano, Nigeria. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean JUMTA Xpress Cargo Ltd. operating as JUMTA Export.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (export.jumta.com.ng), why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us:

• When you submit a Sourcing Request: your full name, company name, email address, country, the products you are interested in, estimated quantity, target timeline, and any details you choose to add.
• Anything you send us by email or message (for example on WhatsApp) when you contact us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, technical information is created by the services that run it: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived. This appears in hosting logs and in our analytics (see "Cookies and analytics").

How we use it

We use your information for the purposes below. We do not sell your personal information.

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and manage the trade relationship.
• To run, secure and improve the website, including blocking spam and automated abuse.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can make it clearer and more useful.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us as an exporter and licensed customs agent.

Cookies and analytics

We use HubSpot analytics on this site. It sets cookies that recognise a returning visitor and record which pages are viewed and where the visit came from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Where a cookie banner is shown, your choice there applies.

The Sourcing Request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that confirms a submission comes from a real person. It may use technical signals from your browser to do this.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the site. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

• Resend: delivers the notification email when you submit the Sourcing Request form.
• HubSpot: website analytics.
• Vercel: website hosting, including server logs.
• Cloudflare: the Turnstile security check on the form.
• Sanity: manages the website content. It does not receive form submissions.

Transfers outside Nigeria

Some of these providers process information in other countries, including the United States and Europe. By using the site or contacting us you understand your information may be processed outside Nigeria.

How long we keep it

Your rights
